Where is AUMI made?

We are proud to work with suppliers across the globe throughout USA, Italy and Asia to produce our products.

ORDERING

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Setting up an account is not mandatory, but by doing so, you be able to:

• Track your order and review all your past purchases
• Save your address and credit card details to make the purchasing process faster;
• Manage your account details

Can I send someone a gift?

Yes! In the shopping cart section there is an area for notes. If you'd like to send someone a gift please write this in the notes and any message you'd like to send with the gift.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

AUMI uses DHL to send orders and ships to all countries that DHL services.

DHL express takes 4-7 days guaranteed worldwide, however this depends on the region. If your order is being sent to a remote location it could take additional time

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

If the order was placed via your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering your email and order number.

If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Track my order” section, available here.

How long does a package take to be shipped after an order is placed?

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and usually within 2-3 working days.

The estimated delivery times are only a guide. We accept no responsibility for any delays due to customs clearance procedures at the destination country.

Do I have to pay duties & taxes?

In many countries, shipments are made as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where all the applicable import and customs fees are included in the final product price.

All other countries are to be considered DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations: the price of the products does not include taxes and VAT. All import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the sender's country must be borne by the recipient. These fees will need to be paid so as to exempt the order from customs charges.

We are unable to estimate how much tax and duty you will need to pay, so please check this before placing an order. The shipping costs are already included in the final order total. In any case, the courier can provide you with a separate invoice with the local taxes to be paid.

You may be required to provide identification information by the Customs office of your country on import. Please contact your local customs office for more details on the import information required by your country of import.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

We require proof of delivery for every order. This means that we cannot authorize for parcels to be delivered without a signature.

However, you will receieve an email from DHL when your package is in transit, which will give you delivery options. You may opt for your package to be left without a signature by responding to the DHL options given.

What happens if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?

We cannot authorize for parcels to be delivered without a signature. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a new attempt will be made the following day.

You will also be sent an email from DHL providing you with delivery options, where you can choose if you'd like the package to be left without a signature.

Please note that if you decide to do this, if the package is left and goes missing this is not our fault.

If the parcel is not delivered, and you do not select a delivery option, the package will be diverted to our warehouse.

Any redelivery cost to re ship the package will have to be covered by you.

Can I schedule the delivery date and time?

It is not possible to schedule a delivery time or make appointments with the courier. Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday during office hours.
The courier does not deliver on public holidays.

What shipping courier do you use?

Aumi ships with DHL Express globally, which takes approximately 5-7 days for most countries. If you're in a remote location sometimes this can be longer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?

Please note there are no refunds or exchanges for some items. Please check the Refund & Exchange policy to see if your item is eligible for a return.

PRE-ORDERS

What is a pre-order and how does it work?

You can pre-order a selection of items even before they become available.

All items of this type are identified with a PRE-ORDER label that can be seen on the product page. You can purchase and will receive them at your preferred address as soon as we can proceed with delivery.

If you have a mixed order, i.e. it includes both already available items and pre-order items, it may be processed separately to ensure faster delivery.

Please note that payment will be taken when you order the item. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package.
