At AUMI, each piece is designed and curated with care, and many of our items are handmade or one‑of‑a‑kind vintage pieces. To keep our collections special and ensure hygiene and quality standards, our returns policy is as follows:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Clothing, Bags & Accessories (not including jewelry)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags attached.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Jewelry (Including Spoon Necklaces)

  • No refunds are offered on jewelry.

  • Pierced earrings and spoon necklaces are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

  • Exchanges or store credits (valid for 12 months) are available within 14 days for unworn jewelry in original packaging, except for final sale or vintage pieces.

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival? Contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace, or refund.

We do not offer credits or exchanges for items damaged due to wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g. exposure to water, bending, or breakage).

Vintage Jewelry & Accessories

  • All vintage pieces are final sale due to their one‑of‑a‑kind nature.

  • Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.

  • If a vintage item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund.

 


How to Return

  1. Complete a Return Request via our website.

  2. Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

  3. Products must be:

    1. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    2. Returned with original packaging and tags

    3. Shipped in a single parcel

If your return is accepted, you will receive confirmation via email.

If a return does not meet the requirements, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense. Refusal of return delivery allows AUMI to retain the item and purchase amount.


Refunds

For eligible refunds (clothing or bags only):

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of return approval.

  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
