• Return/refund or exchange within 14 days if unworn and in original packaging.
• Sale items are final sale. No return or exchange on sale items unless faulty.

JEWELRY

• No refunds. Exchange or credit note only within 14 days.
• Must be unworn and in original packaging.
• No returns on pierced items or spoon necklaces for hygiene reasons.
• Sale and vintage pieces are final sale.

How to Return

1. Submit a return request via our returns portal.
2. Credit notes are valid for 1 year.
3. All returns must meet our conditions to be accepted.

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

AUMI will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to any credit note.

After AUMI has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange, credit note or refund within 5 business days for items eligible for return.

It can sometimes take a few days for refund payments to clear depending on your credit card/debt card companies policies.

We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.
