What is Your Return Policy?
We would be happy to help you return or exchange your order!
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
How Do I Process a Return?

Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
AUMI will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to any credit note.
How Long is the Refund Time?
After AUMI has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
It can sometimes take a few days for refund payments to clear depending on your credit card/debt card companies policies.
We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.
