SHIPPING/RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- AUMI will refund or replace any defective or damaged goods
- If your item is faulty AUMI will exchange the item for a new one or another item of your choice if that item is not available.
- If you wish to return your item because you have changed your mind, a refund will not be issued however, you may exchange for another item, or be issued a credit note for the full value of the item(s) you purchased (not including any shipping paid)
- If you would like to return an item due to any sizing issues, AUMI will replace the item with the correct size, and if your size is not available you will be issued a refund or credit note for the equivalent amount.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Please read the description of the items you are buying carefully before purchasing.
- Returns are available on faulty items and will be replaced with the same item, or another item of your choice if that item is no longer available, or a refund will be issued.
- This policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
- Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com
- DHL express takes 4-7 days guaranteed worldwide.

- Lost packages
- Customs Fees, taxes and duties.
- Delays or errors in shipping due to shipping company issues.
- Shipping Damages.
- If your package is returned to sender, you will be liable to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the package to you.
