- All sales are final. Exchanges are ONLY offered if an item sent to you arrives damaged or is an item other than the one purchased. Please read the description of the items you are buying carefully before purchasing.
- AUMI has a No Refund Policy. This means that no refunds will be issued. If your item is faulty AUMI will exchange the item for a new one.
- Returns on faulty items
- This policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you an exchange.
- To complete your return, I need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Standard International shipping takes up to 10 working days. Please allow this length of time for all orders.
- If you would like to order something and need it expedited please email me at email@example.com and we can arrange.

- Delays or errors in shipping due to shipping company issues.
